I would c-bet flop for value.

Probably calling of his riverbet here. bad things is that you block straightdraws but you don't have the Qs and are not blocking any spades.

I would also bet flop for value, there's a few hands that will call on the flop that you beat - AJ, AT, JJ, JT, you have blockers but also AQ, QJ, QT.

In your situation I would call turn and river as you have kept his range a lot wider with the flop check. Also value bets tend to be a bit larger.
