So fish flatting my 3bet in the sb is 64/29/13 over 71 hands. I think I should have folded to the turn raise. Basically I'm really lost here. How do I play this hand post flop vs this guy.

    He's obviously more passive, he's a fish. Which is why I feel I should have folded the turn. Fish generally aren't raising without something that's beating 1 pair?

    He obviously had me here, which is why I posted the hand. Sure he has a really wide range, but Im asking for help on if I should have called the turn 3bet?? Fish aren't being that aggro without a good hand that beats 1 pair no?

    Nobody here is even paying attention to the hand I posted. Sure he's going to the flop super wide. It's not how wide his range is going to the flop, it's his range for 3betting the turn. He's not 3betting the turn with 100% of his going to the flop range, so your arguement that he goes to the flop with 50% of hands doesn't make sense. I'm not sure he's doing that with worse, maybe, JJ/TT, possible A9.
