I guess it depends how wide you think he is squeezing here. Do you have btn 3bet stats on him? I wouldn't want to flat here and play OOP, so this is either a 4bet or a fold I think. He has pretty nitty stats, but I could def see QQ being ahead of his 3bet range here, which means 4bet. Idk though, like I said i would want to look at his BTN stats first. If he 3bets basically the same range from everywhere (true nit) I would fold, but if its wider in LP then I'd 4bet.

I'd fold and not tell anybody. He's squeezing an utg raiser (utg isn't nitty but sample is negligible) while we should have a strong range here and he's a nit.

Idk... I'd assume UTG opens are pretty nitty until his stats tell me otherwise. We just don't have a big enough sample on him. Then what would you do if he 4bets? Puts you in a ****ty spot IMO.

This is only an option if UTG is likely to flat a high % of the time oop, which most players aren't. Most competent villains will fold which isnt great, or 4b which puts us in a gross spot where we probably have to fold. I agree with the flat pre, as played I probably fold to the button and make a note of it.

Yeah, not a fan of overrepping our hand and ironically, isolating ourselves against mostly better hands and maybe an AK that likely won't payoff without having us beaten.

QQ crushes my UTG opening range. I'm a TAG player 17/13ish and my UTG opening range is 99+, AQs, and AK. But I didn't take the small sample size into consideration.

You're opening range UTG doesnt really matter that much. More important is what hands you will continue with..

Villian stats are fairly tight not sure he's squeezing here .my issue is he's only 3 betting 4% not too big . His bet sizing is 17bb of a 3bet if I 4 bet even min raise it's 34 bb nearly pot committed best I am hoping for is ak when he 5 bet jams

I'd fold.

When a tight player puts in a big squeeze against an UTG raise and UTG+1 call he's got a good hand. I'd be surprised if he's doing this with anything other than KK+. If Hero was deeper or in position I could see an argument for calling to set mine but I don't think it's particularly profitable when you're OOP 100bb deep.

I fold in these spots but I thought I was a nit for doing so. It's good to see I'm not the only one who does.

should i have 3 bet the utg with qq ? what are you doing in this spot when Villain 3 bets to 17bb ?

I fold here and it doesn't bother me to do so. It beats flatting OOP vs. a presumably very strong range and it beats 4betting and calling when he shoves a range we are always behind and 4bet-fold is gross.
