Bit of a nasty spot. A good part of his calling range is medium pocket pairs like TT and JJ, and maybe even 77 or JTs. I think I bet turn smaller and x/f river. Or maybe x/c turn x/f river. Not sure tbh.

You raise him big from the BB and he calls, so he has something and he's not just attempting to steal the blinds. The range I put him on Preflop:

    1) Medium-big pocket pair, but smaller pocket pairs could raise to steal the pot and then call your 3-Bet going for the implied odds. He can also have AA/KK and just decide not to 4-Bet and just call to keep you in with your dominated hands.
    2) AK-A10.
    3) KQ-K10 (not that often).

On the Flop, you bet 70% of the pot, which, combined with your Preflop 3-Bet, puts you on an overpair. He calls your bet and he also calls your bet on the brick Turn. I think you need to start thinking that you're either against a set or AA/KK. I would check/fold the River, plus I would have bet smaller on the Turn, or even check-call the Turn in case he overplays an AJ. This is the only hand we're beating, but I don't think he has continued in the hand with AJ and with so much strength from your side.

Against a random player I think cbetting here for value is fine. But with villain's stats I'm thinking check-call the turn depending on bet size.

QQ is the near the bottom of your flop value betting range. Check-call turn.

I'm not sure we can check-fold the river if we check-call the turn. I guess it's going to be dependent on the bet size.

We could take this in to account on the flop. Bet flop smaller (We dont have to bet a big %, because its already a 3b pot) then we have an easier time going c/c turn and c/f river and ofc re-evaluating depending on what comes.

When he calls the raise you have to give him some credit and proceed with caution when he calls your flop bet.
I would bet the flop and on turn brick I would consider betting 1/2 pot or c/c and keeping the pot in control with a 1P hand and c/c the river depending on his sizing.
