I can't see myself folding here, so that means shoving. Most players reraise 99 and TT, so that leaves 55 or 9T that beat you. He could have AT or something and along with the drawheavy flop I think shoving is standard.

I really don't like raising less than normal preflop from the button with a premium hand. I have tried it in the past, and wasn't pleased with the results. Just play it straight.

I've seen way drier boards than that, I happily get it in, but sjaak, look at the villain, he is a 42/5...it is not likely that he reraises 99 oop, and possibly not even 1010, doesn't change the play, just changes the villains range some.
