The only reason I played this hand the way I did is because of how the board came out. The only way I see villain showing up with Ax here on the river is if it was Axs chasing the flush, but I believe there are plenty of 88-JJ hands here that I get value from in this situation as well as 89o/89s or 45o/45s no? That turn raise pretty much narrows his range to 7x, 66, 44, or nothing doesn't it? I just wanted to be sure I played this properly because getting 170+bbs in with a pair of queens definitely seems like it could be spewy in any other situation. Thanks guys!
Unless youve seen him doing this kind of nonsense before you are being very results oriented if you think you played this well. It's a fold ott for me vs some opponents and even if I do call it's a c/f on the river unless he's a known whale.
