i hate this spot as well.....luckily you got away cheap in this spot but being oop the entire hand I think a 4bet would be the right move...if the flop came something like 3 5 6....your in a miserable situation....I think if you make it 15 preflop you avoid a lot of messy situations, unless of course you spike a queen.

imo 4betting should be polarized to hands that will snap call and snap fold to a 5bet shove
that makes 4betting QQ in this spot horrible
just my opinion though

4bet/folding here is only good if we know he calls lots of 4bets with weaker hands but only 5bets AA/KK. Since we don't have those reads, fold.
