broken stack and calls btn vs co, I'd assume he's a rec
river looks miss sized, you're not trying to get him off Kx, just underpairs and then 2/3 looks reasonable to me
and if the guy isn't terrible you might not want to rep so narrow otr
not sure what continues on turn, should be a fair concentration of Kx or better so either bet huge and hope he folds Kx or smaller and hope he has enough worse to fold, idk
your fat value hands wouldn't mind ob

I'd cbet bigger oop as a default, even on a dry board.
The triple barrell looks ok.

I've looked at these dry K high oop spots before and iirc solver approved betting small and wide.

I also think this bluff is solver approved but not sure if I like it vs suspected rec. They are afraid of the ace a lot though so it might be ok.

Triple your 5x and QJ with different suits from the King.

Turn would be an overbet before the river once the flop isn't raised.

The Ace narrows your range a lot so I think it is actually more neutral than good. Bet smaller OTR if you are barreling but this combo wouldn't be the one to do it with. We want to block his suited Kx hands.
