Little bit concerned about this hand. I feel like I should have folded on the flop, but I've seen this exact same play so many times at these levels with AKs, any pocket pair, flush draw etc. Good call or snap-fold?

Pre Flop: ($0.03) Hero is CO with A Q
UTG raises to $0.06, 4 folds, Hero calls $0.06, BTN calls $0.06, SB calls $0.05, 1 fold

Flop: ($0.26) 9 6 Q (4 players)
SB checks, UTG bets $2.10, Hero raises to $4.20, BTN folds, SB folds, UTG raises to $4.86 all in, Hero calls $0.66

Turn: ($9.98) J (2 players - 1 is all in)

On the flop, I felt like I was looking at a donk overbetting his flush draw.

I would of laid it down on the flop. It's TPTK but it's also 2nl.
