possible leak? possible leak?

Ok been looking over my poker tracker stats for last 11,000 hands at 10 NL and only one thing struck me as odd, my fold to 3bet is is 58.7, so I am calling 3bets quite a bit actually (and raising half the time too ofcourse) , Ive been doing this a lot with hands like ak and qq as I am just really not a fan of getting them all in preflop for >50bb. I like to call then evaluate the flop, is this good/bad? All my other stats look good as far as i can tell, my att to steal is only 26, but thats still decently high. (current winrate is 12BB/100).

thoughts about this? I feel like my play with ak and qq reduces variance which is why ive been doing it but id like peoples opinions on this

(also running 18.5/15.5/3.1 if that matters any)

58.7 is pretty low. You may be calling too many low-mid pocket pairs when you arent getting the correct implied odds. I tend to only call 3 bets with low-mid pocket pair with effective stacks being 15x the cost of calling.

I am not sure about 10NL but i am happy to get in for 100BB with QQ or AK in 20NL+.

Ill do it vs very agressive villians who i think will get all in preflop with like jacks and aq and whatnot, but I find the majority of the time vs another full stack im flipping at best.

and yeah, the calling with low/mid pp think is probably true.

Flipping with the overlay of whats in the pot plus the times they fold to the 4 bet is +EV.

there is a stats thread for this stuff, but I can't resist....

Fold to 3b of 59% is a little low but not bad. I think ideally it is supposed to be about 65%

AK is the nuts at 10NL. The only time you should flat call is (sometimes) in position. Don't ever do it out of position.

What do you do with QQ after flatting a 3-bet? Fold on all A or K flops? The problem with flatting QQ is you allow AK (the most common 3b hand) to play perfectly postflop. You still lose it all to KK and AA when undercards flop. 4-betting QQ is good

Calling 3-bets with PPs below 99 is burning money unless you are 180BB+ deep.
