Well the only realistic hand you beat is something like KQ/QJ of diamonds, so it's a question of how unrealistic the opponent is here . I don't think a typical NL10 opponent would play an Ax you beat that way, they would mostly just check back the river.

I'd say this is very often at least AQ, and very likely AT or better. Random bluffs are of course possible too, especially at NL10. But do they bluff 30% of times here that you need? I'd say no.
