Looking back at this hand, I feel like I played it pretty poorly, and it's really bothering me. I have a couple of questions regarding how I could have done better:

1.) Should I ever be 4betting here?

2.) How is my bet sizing on the flop?

3.) How should I proceed from the turn on?

(I've left out my play on the turn and river, as I'm more concerned with the earlier stages of the hand).

The limp-minraise is either a monster or some spazz with junk. KK+ is a legit concern. Fish that limpraise KK+ also like slowplaying postflop so when he limpraises but then c/c's an AKx flop instead of cbetting, I'd be pretty suspicous. He probably doesn't have a hand you can get 3 streets of value from, so I'd check the turn for potcontrol. If he checks river again, bet for value and fold to a checkraise. If he bombs river, puke and... Meh, call, but maybe it's a fold. Call if he makes a normal riverbet.
