If you get an email that states it's from FT and it wants you to do a customer survey, don't click the link.
At the moment, it's looking suspiciously like a phishing email or FT have really messed up badly by allowing a third party to ask for your username and password.

If you have done this, I'd suggest changing your username and password.

More in the Zoo.

A good rule of thumb is to never click a link in an email or to enter your username/password into any website that you have not entered manually into the web browser. There are so many under handed dirty tricks the spammers/scammers can pull on an unsuspecting user.

So FT never asks for your username or password but it will happily pass you on to an authorised third party that will ?

WTF ?
