I'm currently on a short break after a terrible month as of yet. Looking for ways to freshen up for when I start back on Monday.
I'd like to know what stats people use on their HUDs. Particuarly interested in unusual stats that people might use and why they feel they're important.
Obviously lots of people will play different styles and different stats will be more useful for some more than others.

Cheers in advance, Tom.

I've been reading Harrington's 6max No Limit Holdem (which focuses on micro- and small-stakes and is excellent) and I use the 'detailed HUD' he recommends

It's been working well for me, and it seems like space is not too much of an issue for you so here goes:

I also color-code my HUD for lines 2, 3, and 4. I make them either white, red, or green. White means reasonable numbers, red indicates a likely very strong hand given *x* action, and green indicates a likely very weak hand. For instance, a 0-4% 3B is red, 4-12% is white, >12% is green. Also, a >80% flop cbet appears green, a <50% cbet appears red. This means if he cbets and his cbet stat is red, I know he has a hand. If the stat is green, I can float. And so on.

Here's a shot:

It takes up alot of room but I only 3-4 table so it works fine. Hope this helps

colour-code your stats too imo, something basic like red = can't make money off it, green = can make money off it

Hi guys,

Making my own hud and was looking at having some stats on there which I am not sure on what number mean what and looking for some help guys if possible. The stats I am looking at are:

turn cb, fold vs turn cb, donk bet flop and fold donk bet vs raise

What number groupings and colour codes should I have on my hud to give me an idea of player tendencies.

Any ideas welcome.

Thanks

I dont really use only those stats lol. I have it set up that it wont show most of the stats until I have them at a certain sample (for instance it doesn't show the 3bet stat until my opponent had 30 possibility's for 3betting etc). So against unknowns after 20 hands all it usually does show is vpip/pfr.

But I think a lot of people that post hands on this forum overuse most of the other stats and draw wrong conclusions from them based on way too small samples.

My hud is pretty basic though and I sometimes use the small popups that each stat has. Things I use most from the popup is fold to turn barrel, raise cbet %, c/r% and donk bet %.

vpip/pfr/3b/f3b/steal
AF/Afq/CB/fCB/wtsd

I use color coding for all stats; orange for decent, purple/red for nitty, green for bad/passive and yellow for too agressive.
I do something similar, except that the stats show up, but there is no coloring until I have a decent sample for the stat. That way I see a 50% 3bet when he has 3bet 4 times out of 8 opportunities, but the stat is still white (default color) rather than red (my aggro color). I.e., he may just be running hot, but there is also a decent chance that he is a maniac.

Just use the default standard and click on the box every time you have a real decision. I actually rely more on notes than anything else because they provide me with specific reads in certain spots, and then if still unsure on the appropriate action to take I compare with villains stats and make a conclusion.
