I have no history with the opponent, I played 22 hands with him. VPIP 18, 14% Pfr, aggresion factor 3, 3bet% 18,2.

if he keeps betting tiny like that, I'm happy to call him down. We'll see JJ and QQ much of the time, but AK also.

PS: if he checks river, I check behind.

Ok, What is your opinion about a fold?

If his range is JJ+ and all combos of AK, we're good 33% of the time - the pot odds he's offering with his tiny bet are better than that. A call on the turn is correct (therefore a fold is incorrect).

If he pots a blank river or an overcard, our decision is much harder, but this turn is a clear call IMO. (assuming opponent's range above).

I agree with calling to tiny bets in general. They mean very rarely strength. Anyway I think it's better to fold to a substantial river bet (1/2 pot+) even though the flop and turn sizing are kinda weird..
