OOP you really need to be making your 4bet bigger, around $9.

How you play flop is really villain dependent, readless I probs just shove and hope he can't fold JJ or TT

preflop 4bet sizing is fine but you need to call it off if you get jammed on. If you're not willing to do this you should either call or fold to villain's 3bet.

Well i didnt get jammed on. But me moving in on flop even with the king. Do i really have enough FE against a normal 4betcalling range? It felt like a really risky move since 4bet calls are mostly AA KK AK

the flop is terrible if he's never folding a king or calling with JJ or worse. you should either c/c or c/f depending on villains' tendencies.

AA/KK would be 5bet shove from him, I cant see many people flatting that, and AK as well a fair amount of the time, villain dependent though.

I'd just call a 3 bet w/ QQ w/o reads to be honest. Look for a low board and see where you @, or catch a queen and get his stack if he has AA/KK.

a) You can't 4 bet bluff QQ because you really aren't expecting anyone to fold a better hand

b) you don't want FE on the flop, because again you can't expect anyone to fold a beter hand. You think he is folding AA or AK because you are repping KK?
