hey guys,
i was hoping i could getsome advice. right now i feel totally exhausted and i'm wondering what i should do to relax. ive been grinding hardcore this month like a nut. see my graph:

anyway i feel like i have got to take a break or do something to relieve the stress i was wonderin if people had suggestions.

actually with RB its more like 12-1300 but i'm so exhausted already, also i am not making this post to brag becuz i sucked so hard in february i am barely even up at all if u combining feb and march

Get outside and hang out with friends, family. Orrrr hot tub/sauna is always nice. Getting some from the gf helps if that's available to you too.
