Maybe you guys should work this out in PM rather than have a fight on here.

Oh, and remember, Gelford doesn't sleep much since becoming a papa.

LOL w/e. That was as calm and collected and thought out as could be. I did take a bit of liberty with the extra 1-liners, but can you really blame me?

Temp-Ban me if my post deserves it. I could use a break.

If MD says anything poignant to me, that I should definitely read - someone should quote/bold it.

I think there's a difference between like being rich through smart investing, saving, etc. and thru becoming a celebrity.

saying "friendly tone" and putting smilies does not make it all better.

and i dont think its appropriate for you to keep making "lifestyle questions" multiple times a day when im trying to talk to someone.

brky, tried it.

on the topic of happiness.

I'm a firm believer that if u are unhappy u will be unhappy regardless of financial situation etc. Its just a personality thing. I think alot f wealthy ppl have issues because they work 80+ hour weeks and have no time for family etc and dont get why they have issues.

Well ... fair enough, I'll leave you alone (note, all of this today was Gelford the man, not Gelford the mod ... there is no power or threat in any of this).

Tho think about it MD, you post +1000 emo post about your life and the moment anyone actually starts talking to you about it or questioning the nature of it, you withdraw. Why post ?

Imo, if you have the sligthest skill, you should be grinding like crazy if you can find the time for it.

But you've posted so many times, that you're too lazy to play or similar ... and also you promtly hit out with a 'money doesn't solve all' killing your own comment about playing for money ....

But seriously, without any putting down emo attitude - let's ignore that, poker isn't easy and you're not going to win the moment you sit down. There is big money to be made - maybe.

I think that that is something that should be persued with the biggest vigor (still not neglecting college tho), cos it is a money tree that is getting smaller every day and some day it is gone.

And yes, money does solve a lot!

im already a decent sized winner at 25NL, but still have a hard time making myself play. dunno, i guess i jut dont see money as the end all, #1 thing to chase after. its nice, but i feel like happiness is over that. then making a lot of money would make me happy, i guess its the process that seems like a grind at the moment.
