Then your money is easily recoverable. There aren't many options, it is either still in your account, transfered to another PP account (they are fked), or it is being transfered to YOUR bank account in which case you can contact your bank and make sure to lock your account for the time being.

+1 she can't setup an acct, verify, and withdrawal in less then like 5 days. Also standard withdrawals to your account take 2-4 days

I hope you guys can respect my advice not to contact the police right now for various reasons, including the fact that if, like I believe Plooer stated, we can reverse paypal transfers. On top of that, I'm hoping PNC can reverse my transactions, which they've done in the past. After that, I can make a more informed decision imo, especially with talking to the police.

I am owed super small by thess after our two bets on Saturday. I thought it was weird with a full MLB schedule and MNF but just figured he was down a lot on week and wanted to cool off or was up a ton and wanted to book a win.

Does it make sense that this post was on 10/1 11PM, then a couple hours later thess post's in the forum about going through numbers and not wanting to swap. Additionally, thess made several posts on 9/30 about baseball in other threads that are basically impossible for a girl to write.

I sent thess BCP $ and have already been in contact with a few people over there and they are looking into it. I pm'd thess an email address of somebody over at BCP to get in touch with as he can help in this situation. It looks like the account played some hands at 20/40 FLH on Oct. 1st and lost ~$1.4k and played 3 mtts that night. So I assume the balance is below the amount sent. Waiting on a reply from BCP support who i linked to his post explaining what happened.

My advice to you will still be to call the cops immediately, though. You can agree to not press charges once she returns your stuff after she's arrested. If you don't care about her you should call the police and if you do still care about her you should have already called the police.

You can look at your own profile and check all posts you have ever made.

FWIW, I am on your side here, just trying to get as much info about the situation so we can get to the bottom of this. I am all about having faith in people until proven otherwise, and at this point nothing has been proven on either end about what really is happening here.

The police really need to be contacted though if this person charged your bank account clean; I am no law expert but I think thats called credit card or identity theft and is a pretty serious crime.

I actually did just look up my posts. Looking through that, there was not a post made in Internet Poker that was looking for a transfer until 10:24 AM on Monday the first. The last post made before that was at 11:54 on Sunday night ITT, with a few in Sporting events the few days before that.

All other posts have been either here (basically stalling)/requesting transfers.
