Where do we go to view our status? Specifically, where do we go if we are using version 3.509 of the Pacific software? I don't see anything indicating what my status is. Thanks.

Zulu, at first glance your calculations seem correct.

I also agree that VIP Diamond would be near impossible on Pacific. That's $150,000 in rake/juice you have to pay in the year.

You can check your status at: http://pacificpoker.rewards-program.com/en/login.aspx

Or if you don't trust the link: http://rewards-program.pacificpoker....troduction.htm and click on Open your personal page

I will check for 3.5 tomorrow, we don't have many using that version.

Will this be a good time to recommend that you try the new software?

Also, couple of gems for you guys:

1) we will have a X2 points weekend, from July 5th to July 7th. You will get twice as many points to start off the loyalty plan.

2) In the end of June we will release another software with a few great features. The main one is a new pop-up logic for the tables. That means you'll be able to play 8 tables easily without having to tile or re-size, as tables won't pop-up while you're making a decision.

I'm getting the same "Server Error in '/' Application." page when i try to login with firefox or google chrome and a blank page with IE8.

Anyone else on the *official* RB scheme not getting this error?

I just talked with the guys who aren't sleeping tonight...

There seems to be a bug with exactly those players (the official RB players). I was told they are working on it and it will be fixed by tomorrow.

Hi Yuv,
I'm a Pacific regular and have been playing 3 years there. I currently play 50nl & 100nl 6-Max ring games, about 10,000 hands a month for the last couple of months and I envisiage continuing at that level of hands into the future.

I have not and never have had "rakeback" (or whatever you choose to describe it as, "unmentionable" or whatever) deal at Pacific.

I have looked in vain for definitive information on whether I can get a rebate on my rake from Pacific.

I am familiar with FPPs but that is (presumably?) something different. It is starting to bother me due to the volume of hands I am playing that I am losing out on something I would be able to get at other rooms.

Can you please clarify in simple terms the situation for a player in my category? Am I eligible for anything, and if so what and how do I go about it?

Many thanks

These links won't work for me. When I type in my user name & passowrd, I get a runtime error. Would love to know what level I am though.

Pac software has been very stable for me lately Yuv, thanks. I do occasionally get a crash upon startup, followed by several instant crashes after I try to re-open the client and tables, but it's been about once a week... much better than before.

Is the latest client still as easy to mod as before?

Still using the version (LuckyAce) before the hh were added, thinking of taking the plunge soon.

how did you come to that conclusion of 150k in rake? even with the point multipliers as you move up levels?

i found out yearlys run jan to jan ... kinda cheese !! meaning most people won't have a shot until a year from now realistically since it resets jan 1 (can we use the fpps we have accumlated in 09 thus far to go towards the vip status points??)

Have to agree, it's not like you can find 4 table of 2/4 NL any hour of the day.

Will this rakeback structure make Pacific even harder since it will bring in more grinders? Pacific was soft in 2007,2008, not as soft now in 2009.

It certainly will make the games tougher. It's probably in everyone's best interest (except for Yuv's) to not tell the world about the Rewards program.

I calculated $150k because Statuses are calculated by Status Points which are the base points you earn. It's the rewards points that are effected by the multiplier.

If they have frequent promotions like Happy Hour and Double Point weekends then it will reduce it from the $150k. Still think there will be less than 10 of these players on the site within a year. I guess the idea is to have the VIP Diamond club very very exclusive.

Yuv: Forward on the appreciation from the thread to the guys who haven't slept in days.

Just downloaded latest Pacific software, checked the "Save My Hand History" box. The folder is there with my username on it, but no hands are being saved.

Any ideas?
