Last race was such a walk in a park.
This popped up today.

"Please note, as from 25/03/10, we have exercised our right to amend the T&Cs in the WSOP promotion.

The change reflects the All-in HU tournaments, the points generated no longer count towards the leaderboards, Other than the "CARDS & COINS" promotion."

I'd never heard of All-in SNGs before. WTF. Can anyone explain why any person would play one of these? I just can't understand the concept at all.

its like flipping, with more rake, which leads to more points in the leaderboard

I apologize if this has been posted already, but does anyone know how to tile more than 4 tables with no overlap? Everytime I open more than 4 tables the software only tiles 4 tables and cascades the others.

If tiling is not possible, for those of you who cascade 4+ tables, any tips on adjusting the settings to make it easier to multitable?

Thanks in advance.

FWIW, we're fully aware of the changing "eco-system" in the network. And by "we" I mean everyone, up to the senior management, who I pitched some wilder ideas to.

Our marketing efforts are now shifting heavily towards bringing in recreational players, via multiple channels.

To be honest though, this will also mean that you guys will have to show some understanding. Investing less money directly at promotions aimed at "regs" like yourself might hurt you in the very short term, but I think you guys are smart enough to realize that they will benefit your winrate a whole lot more than a few RB % or rake races.

I think it's important that Pacific maintain its unique competiveness. By trying to imitate sites like ipoker, Pacific will lose its revenue in the long run imo. Brining in shorties and rakeback pros will only hurt Pacific.

Remove the rewards program, reduce the max rake to $3, deal with shortstacks, and i'm gonna love pacific again.

What do you mean by dealing with shorties again? Have they done that before, not doing it now? Whats your screenname?

Btw agree with most luckyfisz says, but for bumhunting "hu spescialists" there will never be times like 07-08 again. Damage is done. Now you got like 30 hu tables at 5/10 with 60% semi bad players waiting for action from the very weakest players on the software, looks pathetic imo, and probably does also for recreational players.

btw, i have spoken with i_love_bacon in chat, he said, that NL100 is for pussys, he loves NL200 or even NL400.
I told him, that i have watched other tables also and i have seen him only in NL200. And if ill watch my HEM, hes a losing regular.
What about you? Whats does your HEM say and in what limits you have seen him?

(i love to play against him, lol )

i personally dont open other site's regulars thread but does people actually start playing on a site because of its network's thread?

Does non-888 player see this thread and starts grinding out because of it?
Don't think non-888 players starts to join the network to stack this ilovebacon guy
or get this rewards system etc
instead the pessimism that has been showing lately will keep other regs off the network.

so the presence of this thread doesnt really bother me.
It get kinda fun once in a while and I dont mind it too much.

in conclusion, this 2p2 thread makes very little difference in the condition of the games imo
while providing some random talks and raise concern and fixture for Yuv to improve the grinding conditions and
numerous 888 issues

how can you guys cry about the ''hu'' problem when 888's rake is bigger than others software
you guys are morons
you guys probably suck at poker for not knowing/understanding that you should keep your mouth shut about a fish
