This was just one of the higher stakes players in my CFP complaining on discord. I told him I was mad for losing 3 days in a row and he showed me this haha.

This is my month, ill take it.
Very nice!
This is mine. Volume sucks because I didn't play for like 2 weeks, and PFR is low because I was experimenting with some open limp strats lol
MTTs/PLO is where the quick money is, game is still constantly evolving and metas change by the month.
NLH is by far the hardest to start making serious money, but once you get to high stakes NL you can basically do anything. Play MTTs, generate 6-7 figures in your bedroom, travel the world playing live, etc.

1. Make money MTTs/PLO
2. Move up to where they respect your raises in NL
3. Profit

When someone becomes a high stakes reg they are at least a top 1000 player in the world though.
I do think anyone within reason can become a high stakes reg but the amount studying you need to do is equivalent to something like a PHD.
So basically I was categorizing them by their skill sets.
1. Tombos is a complete genius athttps://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/1...ayers-1829120/ calculating poker formulas to scientifically prove why a play is better than another play. Check out this thread where he proves why jamming 0 EV hand is better than calling or folding.
2. Saulo is a master of coding/running sims/using advanced MDA. He coded his own GTO bots to get GTO frequencies and then compared them to MDA to come up with something called the Game Plan. It basically goes through EVERY node in the game (we can say 95%) and compares MDA to GTO frequencies and formulates a plan to exploit the population.
3. Linus is just the GOAT.
Uri could be a guest coach, I think him and Linus have similar skillsets in that they are both super creative but also understand poker on a ridiculously deep level to execute their plays.
I have a good cheat for eliminating yellow line hell if you'd like to hear it:
Spoiler:
Next time your green line is hovering over your yellow line by a good clip, say 1k bb or so do this:
pause, take a few deep breaths, and then... STOP taking coin flips.
Just completely eliminate all close spots from your game. Fold everything. Wait around 10-50k hands (however long your run-good ran is a good measure) until lady luck springs back in your favour and then simply resume your old riskier style. Easy!
Does agg% use the same calculation on DriveHud and PT4?
Not sure on this, I will ask FD

TY Sir! It's funny because when I play live I just put my brain in hibernation mode and operate at like 25% capacity since everyone is worse than a 1cent/2cent reg. But when I play online I am operating at like 90%+ brain capacity since everything is so nuanced/complex.
Live is way more profitable but basically 0% intellectual stimulation. Online is less profitable but 100% intellectual stimulation.
This is why I prefer both. If I played 100% online I'd burn out/have no money. If I played 100% live I'd just be brain dead and lose the love for the game I think.

Yeah I still bluff otherwise my red line would just be tanking but my preference is always bluff catching lines. I think it's better to do this on anonymous sites since bluffing frequencies and calling frequencies are both a bit higher overall than other sites.
