I'd rather bet smaller than we can jam over him rasing fd's, high pairs etc.

new to cash, starting @ the bottom stakes and seeing how i do. On stars, 2nl allows u to buy in for 250bb's = $5. I know deep stack poker is different from 100bb stacks, and i know not everybody buys in for 250bb's so in a lot of circumstances this question wont apply, but in general for a person trying to learn to play 6max cash, should i buy in for full or 100bb's?

really all the 2nl tables allow u to buy-in for 5 dollars... and yea i've read a lot about poker. Was a winning player at 27 sng's but decided that i wanted to try out cash for a while. I understand that i want to have more money than the biggest stack at the table but i dont play on playing 2nl very long and so i'm thinking i should just buy-in for 100bb and get used to playing that sized stack...
