At turn I couldn't see too many hands calling there that I beat. I guess I could have tried to extract value from JJ and possible AT, though unlikely.

well, I dunno. I guess I just though that that card doesn't really help his value range much so if I call turn, I should be calling river since I still beat nearly all the hands I did on the turn.

or, more specifically, I am making my decision to call down on the turn, so if I don't want to call down, I should fold turn.

PS I'm moving off campus for next year, and apparently virtually all the leases are 1 year. My friend and I haven't mapped out the specifics yet per se, but this will be done by the end of this month / early April. The house is likely going to be 4-5 bedrooms, and not all of us (including me if this doesn't fly) will be staying during the summer when the lease starts (likely June).

This opens the door for a possible poker house down here in New Orleans for the summer if anyone is interested.

Will likely be ~$500 per month
