i hate poker so much, december is such crap, i'm playing fantastic and everyone hits 2-6 outers and set over sets me and my draws don't hit and people call 3 bets with trash and flop the nuts.

i played 5200 hands today and i'm only up 2 buyins, and its friday so i should be up like 10+ or something. 2 buyins would be good if i wasnt down 20 from the rest of the month.

Just when I thought that I wasn't going to loose the small upswing I've been on... This guy was running 67/8. I love when you think you are getting value the whole way, but you're not.

You don't get it reviewed, you review it yourself, and post hands you have questions about on these forums or talk about them with friends. You can also post screenshots of your stats in the stat redux tread and get them analyzed.

I got DB reviewed from freakdaddy/poker zion thread in coaching. It cost about $150, and I think it's a bit too expensive to pay for if you aren't beating 10nl. Someone has posted his video in that thread, I recommend watching it, and comparing your stats in HM/pokertracker. Also, I watched a ton of cardrunners videos (brystmar SSNL series and verneer) while pretending I was actually playing(this is massive) and noted the differences between when they would make folds and I wouldn't and why.

I started thinking about flop texture and how different opponents react to a raise and what their ranges are. I started playing completely differently against fish (30/0) and aggro tards (30/20) and TAGs (22/19) and Nitty TAGs (18/16), and NITs (12/10) both preflop and postflop.

I learned to bet/fold TPish marginal hands against good players and fold without a second thought facing pressure without reads.
I learned to play to have a very good hand or be in a spot where I take the pot with a raise. I cut down playing OOP. I look for better spots preflop when 3 betting light or 4 betting. If there is one reason against it, usually that's enough to not do it. I stopped battling back and forth with regs, and instead look for spots where they really can't do anything and have to fold. I stopped being a river station improved my W$ at SD. I started table selecting using the waitlist feature instead of playing with all the nits at the few open tables at 50nl.

I recommend you get sweated immediately most of all. Go to brew and ask if anybody will sweat you.

The thing with poker is that when you aren't crushing, most of time it's because you are making mistakes that you don't realise ARE mistakes, and somebody else can really spot those quickly.
