As a Canadian it tilts me so much when people say this. My knowledge of Georgia the country (pre invasion) came from Splinter Cell and the NBA draft. There are lots of really ignorant people all over the world.

but i think if you're the type of person rational enough to fear that, you won't overdo it or whatever. it's only addictive in the same way that eating cake for dessert after every meal is addictive...it's fun but if you're not an idiot you won't do it if it's affecting your life negatively.
so just try it
I have never smoked weed, despite having tons of friends that to do. I am not afraid of it or anything, it's just that I am already really lazy and weed would make me even lazier. BTW a legitimate excuse for not trying weed is that it's bad for you, that would make a lot of people hypocritical because they drink, eat fast food, etc. But it would be a perfectly rational reason not to smoke weed.
In the summer of 2007 I bought a Tag Carrera, I came back to Toronto for reading week in Feb/March 2008 and when I left I couldn't find the watch. I was convinced it would eventually turn up since I never got that drunk before the watch went missing and it is a pretty tough watch to steal as it has a double clasp. By the time I came to Vegas this June it still hadn't turned up so I reluctantly assumed it was gone. I had just won 5k betting on horses and was in the middle of a 100k tourney upswing, so I decided to buy a Breitling. I just got a phone call from my dad saying he found the Tag. So I currently have a $4k breitling and a $2k Tag.
What's the best line for me to take?
Sell one of the watches?
Sell both and upgrade?
Keep both?
Get a leather band put on the tag and use it as a dress watch?
Here are pics of the watches.
