I've been running so good at 1k NL FR that it is ridic... over 5 ptbb for last 15k hands.
How does 1k NL FR compare to 2/4 and 3/6 FR?

I'm sick of poker, so me and a friend are working out a prop bet where I have to "rebuild" from $200 starting at nl10, not sure the details, but Im going to crush the [censored] out of nl10/25/50 once they get finalized
Well I'll be avoiding you like the plague. What site you gonna do this on?

Hands at the bottom is in thousands right? Seems like the swings would be a lot larger.
Nope, that graph is only of hands where he's been all-in [heads-up?] before the river.

I'm 3/9 at the Stars 7:00 $109 if anybody's bored and wants to watch a donkament.

Was 3/9 at the Bodog version and finished 6th. Lost a huge pot with AK<A8 all in preflop.

Hopefully this one goes better.
08-06-2007 , 11:38 PM
Can you make a graph using 2 different PT databases? if so how?
08-06-2007 , 11:57 PM
Nope, but Pokergrapher next version will have this ability.

You can go to utilities-export hands and export a database and import it into a new one. The export is fairly quick, the import is meh.
08-07-2007 , 12:20 AM
86,200 hands to go for the month so I really need to pick up the pace

I don't know how much more of this I can stand before Cashing out and starting over again.

The good news is that I'm averaging about 1k VPPs per day.

So, at this rate I might actually beable to hit Supernova before the month is over. This will require me to clear my bonus (which was going to become a PS3) and get back to NL100 while running better.

I remember someone saying that you get less VPP/hand at 2/4 than you do at 1/2. Ive played about 15k hands so far this month(about 9k at 2/4 and 6k at 1/2) and have made almost 11k VPPs.

Something isnt adding up

at 1/2 and below you earn your 1st VPP at .40 rake.

That is why they probably earn faster than at 2/4
08-07-2007 , 01:38 AM
Nah something to do with raked hands.

at 1/2 and under you get a point at .40
at 2/4 you get a point starting at $1

400 is the threshold level so it is less than you would expect when moving up a level.

200: ~.5/hand
400: ~.65/hand

Vs 2+2er.

My thoughts: "Crap, why in the world would I ever slowplay AA pre that is a horrible flop. Either he has KK and nut flush draw or KK and is gonna check/fold"

Or I guess he could shove virtually drawing dead.

the reason you get more at 2/4 is you hit the $3 rake more often its only a 15BB pot, vs 30BB pots at 1/2

o ok that makes sense, I was confused why I was getting like .75VPP/hand when 1/2 is only like .5

I can see it happening at 6max, but it seems ridiculous at FR.

It's a horrible spot for me.

I think you either have AA/KK/QQ, and I've put in enough money pre-flop that it's hard to fold on any flop. Check/fold might have still been correct for me though.
08-07-2007 , 03:22 AM
Yea just c/f the flop, shoving seems pretty bad
