I recently started playing on Full Tilt again, and I have tried the $0.50/$1 NL Rush and the $2/$4 NL Rush, since the $1/$2 is dead. I must say, I am enjoying the $2/$4. The player pool seems to be pretty small, but I can't complain much about the action. Also, when it comes to obtaining Black Card Status, it won't take long playing at this level. It's been about 2 months for me and I'm almost there. If I didn't spend 25-30 hours per week playing live poker, I'd be there in no time. The weekly cash rewards are decent as a Diamond player, but the Black Card is much more desirable. I should be there this month. Unfortunately, there is a wide time frame where the Rush games are dead. I'll have to use those hours for live games instead.

Most of the 400NL regs use RIT baffles me why anyone doesn't. It's free, doesn't affect your equity at all and reduces variance.

I guess people know what it is on higher stakes, and they need it help protecting against variance. While on 100NL variance protection is not that big of a thing.

It's not cool and some people are simply too cool to use it.

(i'm sadly not cool enough to turn it off...)

Yo Habs4Life, long time no see!

RIT takes more time, I can fast fold twice while the 2nd board runs out. Aaand I don't like chop pots. I still turn it on when I don't want to lose my deep stack.

Pro tip: never RIT vs shortstacks because they suck at playing w/ a deeper stack (they might leave the table!). Also when you win 3 flips in a row against em they go on rage tilt (120bb is like 3 buy in!!).

It's the same speed on Stars for RIT...I think same speed on FTP too.

I feel I have bigger edge when the stacks are deeper so I usually gambool in 100bbs and run it once. I have bigger chanche to double up. Once I get to 200bbs I RIT almost every time.

Lost the connection for a couple of seconds early in the session. FTP was only site where I had to fold my cards and not get back to the action in time. Before BF this software was some of the best out there. Now it is kind of crap to play with.

A thousand apologies for posting this here, but I couldn't find an open thread about FTP on lower limits!

Does anyone have any idea of what the average FTPP/hand is at 100NL Rush? What about 400NL Rush?

Thanks in advance!

2h, 4 tables, NL100 would be ~1000 points I think. So that's something like ~0.5P per hand. Never gave attention to that at NL400 but it's alot easier to collect them .

That's actually around what I'd imagine it to be! Thanks a lot!
