i'm am going to start a workout prop pool

I am going to post an extreme get back into shape workout (extreme as in the ending result not how it starts)

I will pony up $100 to get the pot going.

basically I'm going to start working out. cost to get in is $1.

you pick the day of the calendar that i'm going to quit and you win the entire pool. like i said it is right now $100. so 100:1 odds aren't that bad.

every $ put in by the people taking part will be added to the pool so the second 1 person gets in the pool will be $101.

I will post my workout schedule well in advance so that people know when and what i'm going. I miss ANY single day and the bet will be considered won.

anyone like the sounds of this?
So what calendar day do I choose for day zero as in never got started?

SNGs are terribly easy.

20bb+ = QQ+/AK is the nuts, limp any other pair and try to hit a set
12bb - 20bb = QQ+/AK is the nuts, pay attention to stack sizes before you open raise with mid pairs, this is also a great stack size to 3b ship as a bluff
10bb or less = blind steal all day long, open shove any two if folded to you on the button, SB, or BB

Once blinds get to the 40/80 level (assuming normal stacks), minraise every button unless your stack size dictates something else. If you're the big stack, it's your job to bleed off the mid stacks and make the short stacks call all in with crap.

Although it would not be suprise if I'll change my mind again in few weeks
That's too bad.(not about going into the army) Have you ever considered coaching? I'm not sure how your coaching skills are, but your game is pretty good.(It might provide some motivation for the game)

Are there are casinos in Estonia where you could try live?

brokekid, there are only a few situations in which one could make it onto a college team with no prior experience. A 330lb 6'6"er who runs the 40 under 4'9 who can squat and bench an impressive amount of weight or a kickoff specialist. You do not qualify for #1 and unless you have the ability to kick the ball into the endzone each time there is no chance you could make it onto a football team.

I have tried coaching. Some good, but also very negative experiences with that. Offered coaching + staking and got scammed for 500$.

I do not have any near me but would enjoy it as a change to grinding online. However, I do not a bankroll for even 1/2 live. I have enough for 100nl online but not quite enough for 1/2.

Let`s continue The Well with one of the best uFR regs.
Willi - what are most common mistakes other micro regs make? Easy spots to take advantage of?

Ty!

my advice... I used to be big into personal training and sports and started into that type of career my first few years of college..

right now..

week 1 start jogging 3miles every OTHER day get a HR monitor and get your HR up at 180 BPM for the entire run

week 2 same...

week 3 jog every day

week 4 same...

week 5 do a simple full body workout routine targeting all major muscle groups do this 3 days a week alternating with your jog

do this for 4 weeks
if u wanna bulk ur gunna add some fat weight but the muscle u add on during this time will vascley outweigh it. If ur going to gym with an intense workout u wont put on fat/ im not gonna get into an argument over internet about workin out. BUt OP if u want a good football workout i can pm u one from my school last year
