a little hint:

FR = 6x vpp, SH 5,5vpp which means that mixing in SH play at FR tables(leaving when table is full) = higher VPP rate
01-03-2010 , 12:04 AM
Changing tables often leads to less hands overall so it's probably a wash.
01-03-2010 , 12:38 AM
cashy the 6xVPP is for FR tables, or for 7 to 9 handed games?

am i getting 6xVPP when i play HU on 10/20 FR table?
01-03-2010 , 02:22 AM
Yes. It's for FR tables regardless of how many people are playing on them.

i highly doubt you would given you don't even need to provide your password. they just ask for your ID.

but yeah im taking my one time password sheet on the offchance i decide to play a side event and i dont really feel like taking and possibly losing my security token

after sitting out and coming back, i missed a lot of tables, i have been on the waitlist for.
after that i wasnt able to get new tables. just that popup you get, when u didnt react on a new table popping up... (you didnt respond in time blabla)
also i wasnt able to shut down the client after i had finished my short sess.

It seems like HM is calculating the VPP incorect.

My HM database tells me that I have kept 0.54VPP/hand in January, which should mean that I have 2033x0.54 = 1097 VPP in January.

But my PS account tells me that I have earned 1535,2 VPP, which means I should have been running at 1535,2/2033 = 0,755 VPP/hands

So I guess, don't trust the HM number

All this at $400NL 6 max

Of course it is. It can only calculate them the way it's programmed so until they put out an update to adjust it the HEM VPPs stats will be wrong.

How do you people win at poker when you can't understand simple stuff like this or how the VIP system works.

LOL!

It didn't even count it correctly last year, so I wonder who has the problem

BTW - I just started playing at pokerstars and even I knew that. I also know how much higher my winrate need to be to compensate for the rakeback loss from other networks
