What is the version of HEM that works with HUD? My current version is 1.11.04 (which is what the web site has when I checked), but I seem to recall someone saying there is a different beta version that works better.

What's the version of FTP that isn't rigged?
09-26-2010 , 04:22 AM

Yeah ive played on the rigged version a lot lately and it just makes me feel at home, i tried that unrigged version for one session and didnt like it, hands managed to hold and that just tilted the **** out of me so i went back to the rigged version for comfort.

link to download the unrigged? I'd like to try it.

This I know. You have to 24 table for 10-12 hours a day, everyday, and even then you might have to mix in some 200nl to make it. My goal was to be at 400NL by the end of 2011 and have AT LEAST Supernova locked up. But I am no where near ready to make that decision. I have only been grinding high volume since July. Working my way up from the quotaz to the fiddy and by Thanksgiving I hope to be at the G.W.'s. We'll see how it goes.

It's weird people itt saying they want to move to PS and mentioning a mass exodus when in the PS regs thread

The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence...

I'm just thinking about the bottom line really. There are so many pros and cons and I post them not to whine, but to get opinions from other players and promote discussion.

Moving to FTP pros:

Higher win rates per given stake (as a result probably from a better distribution of casual players at the "regular" buy in-labled games)

Better wait list options to get at those fish

Less pressure to get in volume.

Regs are softer and in general less educated in poker (attendants of this forum not included )

Moving to FTP cons:

Sig. less rakeback than SN at PS - even with black card

Forced to play nearly every day. 2-weeks vacation here and there and your bonuses get messed up

Inferior software

Less games available such as PLO etc

Smaller "prime time" window of casual players (seems very focused on East Coast US evenings in comparison).

Customer service.

How is the software inferior?

The games will get softer when all the regs go to PS next year

FTP software is inferior to PS software ??
why?

Thanks for the discussion.....

The interface makes it easier to multi-table at PS. Table Ninja assists this further. Even on a top end system, PS runs better. Things start to lag a bit when using TN and having 10 tables open.

Why are the regs going to PS next year?

To play the PS regs in the 40bb-100bb games?

Dont we hear this every year?

I don't know what to do.

Have you ever used the Stars client? It is just smoother and nicer in every way possible. I miss it dearly.

I cant be the only one who thinks this (?)

Crashes, bugs, servers down, interface, use of system resources.
