I know, i posted a comment on here a few days ago about her. She was half stacked and shoved $12 over my HJ .75 raise. I folded my 97s and laughed. She had also been limp folding/limp calling then folding the flop. She even raised from UTG then c/folded a dry A high flop. Terrible.

i don't speak legal, and im not to famileir with american burocratic ways, but it sounds like they passed somthing into law that states that online poker needs to be licenced and regulated rather than fighting people to stop playing. also it was voted in favor 41-22 so thats a pretty good winrate imo. good winrate=less varrience for future laws?
