poo-flinging, most of that forum seems to be super mal-adjusted to the real world.

Makes me never want to take poker seriously...fundamental attribution error? (Can a psych person tell me if Iim using the right term, because i'll be super pumped if I did it right)

LOL. No suggestion of causality. Malcontents tend to be the most vocal. Look at a guy like Phidelt. Was just reading his well. Seems like he's pretty good and also seems pretty grounded. Egos are a fragile thing.

yeah, here at the micros, there is more of a "we are in this together..hey look at johnny nail that..awesome"

At the SSNL, (excluding the good poster), the general thought is "I am making money, I am good at poker and if you haven't taken the same path as me, you are a ****ing donkey....you know nothing kid".

Sammy, disregard my posts today. I am really tired. Woke up at 7am to play a HUSNG match that I could not play and its 2AM now (nearly) so I am indeed very tired... so I misclick a lot. I'll step in and defend the FTP SSNL reg thread because I actually like a lot of the guise that post in there: ie. Ricky, Lacie, viz, jasons, neg, Ren, TONZ, **********, DamnRinger, hard2tel, even les when he isn't on crack.....

IMS is probably not a bad dude, but he needs to quit telling people to check his PTR report until he builds a sufficient hand sample. The constant need to talk about one's WR is not something that professional poker players do. He does tend to talk about himself and his results too much, but it's probably because he's a young dude and gets excited easy.

While some guise are definitely jealous of his brief success many of the guise could care less. Check out some of the graphs the better players post every month..... trust me they ain't worried.

fwiw, I think the uNL forum at times is at times too accepting of wackos. I mean that trapz guy was around here way too long. I'm convinced he's probably a sociopath and the stuff he posted about CMAR just blew my mind.
