How is that possible? They reduced the maximum amount to 3k for checks...

Yup, when I request, mine says 5k max. That email was from about 15 days ago so maybe they reversed their ******ed lowered max per check.

Mine was 5K as of 2 days ago...still says 5K.

still havent gotten my check from apr. 18....this was latest email from the wonderful ftp support, apparently i might have cashed $3k check without knowing?

Hello Scott,

Upon review of your account and email history with us I see that you
have not yet been informed that we retain more than one processor for
shipping our checks. This may mean that you will receive some checks
that look differently than you are used to. In this case it is possible
that you received this check and threw it out or cashed it thinking it
was for something else.

If your check has not arrived, then as this check has been sent, the
only solution we are able to offer is a stop payment. Upon completion we
would return the funds to your account. This would enable you to request
a new check which may be received in the normal time frame.

Full Tilt Poker is dedicated to providing our players with thorough
customer service and we are sorry to hear that the recent situation has
caused you to feel negatively about our site. We hope that you choose to
remain with us and experience again our normal timely service.
