wild guess: u 3 bet too much w/ the wrong hands and don't really know why ur doing it. ur not that good postflop.

that's what most regs problems are. that or they just run bad over like 800k samples.

well I do 3 bet alot, but I know why im doing it, sure I make some errors postflop, and I make too many hero calls sometimes but still how to get away from all of this isnt easy

The best way to get better is to talk to other players who are winning or you think are good at the stakes you are playing about hands.
