yes. obv there are times when you have reads that make it so that you shouldn't, but the vast majority of the time this is totally fine.

are we talking looks or personality? young russian girls are so much hotter than older russian women. of course that's true everywhere, but russians are extreme. russian women age terribly. and their personalities aren't the best either. i am not very experienced with european women, but french chicks tend to be insane(i am sure primos wife is awesome despite the early read of insanity i would have on her for being french and her choice of husbands), russian chicks tend to be materialistic. american women seem more diverse to me, but maybe that's just cause i have the most experience with them. but american women are all over the map(well not literally "map")
