I'm pretty sure the turn play is relatively std, and the river is likely good too given your reads. I may find a call on the river but I don't think shoving the river yourself is that great so I'm pretty sure it's a c/c to let him bluff (what exactly I'm not sure, QJ maybe?) or c/f if you think he's got it (which I'm pretty sure he does unless he double floated or turned hand into bluff).

Given the board texture I prefer a bigger turn bet size.

tough to say w/o further reads.
I don't see many flushes in his range, except for maybe KJdd and thats prolly gonna raise the flop quite a bit, so his valuerange for doing this is pretty thin. Plus the fact that it looks like you're not going to cc this river ever without a certain dynamic or read, I think turning a Q into a bluff here in villain shoes, would be a very good play. I'm not sure, but I think I look him up.
