My default is to range check this board in standard pots but that probably flies out the window at this SPR. Villain's range is probably AK, TT+ and AJ+. So you're losing to 6ish combos depending on how many slow played AA he has. Jamming is probably in order.

I had no clue so I ran a sim

if we can only jam or x , solver thinks having a x range that includes op with no spade, nut flushes and AsAx, as well as all the whiffs is 3-4bbs higher ev than jamming our good hands, even when v is locked to the same calling range

if we can also bet 25%p, solver never jams flop, rather bets small often and then jams brick turns 1/2 of the time with JJ-KK w/o a spade and our range jams around 1/2 the time as well

so looks like flop is bet small or x

Yeah, a lot probably depends on how likely villain is to GII with his overpairs vs. fold them to the jam.
