Villain is a fish, but i don't have too many stats on him. How to play on the flop given his stack to pot ratio? Should i jam, bet 1/3 and xf on the turn without hitting our outs?

Not sure if it's optimal, but when I have AK in a 4-bet pot with <100BB effective stacks heads up, I just shove any flop. I'll see them call with their whole range a lot of times, so we'll see plenty of hands with poor draws that will call (e.g. KQo)
