Villain is a reg, opening 95% of his small blinds and cbetting 91% of his hands on the flop. He's folding 40% to flopcheckraises so far. I thought I can punish him by checkraising him a ton and I thought my hand was quite good because of his blockers. He can have two possible flush draws OTR and I don't see a lot 9x in his range. Don't know if he would shove his KK+ OTR or hands which I beat where he think he still can shove them for value.

Any advices?

I'm not sure why you don't think he would take this line with a 9, it looks like a pretty reasonable way to play a 9. Of course he can definitely show up here with hearts and very strong diamonds.

I think you are the one with a capped range (by checking the river) as you probably are almost always shoving trips and balancing that by shoving missed draws as well.

I don't really seem him value shoving worse ever, even though your range is capped because I don't think he gets here with much that you beat besides air. Maybe Q6h or JJ or something but its very unlikely imo. I think KQs is the very bottom of his shoving range and that he definitely could show up with AA/KK/QQ/trips/FH.

If you don't think he folds even his weakest heart draws on the flop / turn, and if you think he's aggressive enough to bluff shove his missed draws most of the time I could see calling here, but I think a fold is a better play without a strong read.
