NL50- Unknowns bluff blank river often enough?

Do you see people bluff a blank like this often enough after check-call turn? I feel like i should have bet turn and then it would be a lot more likely to get a missed flushdraw to bluff.
So would you bluffcatch river if you would bet the turn? Minimum hand you 3 barrel shove here for value?

snap it off, if he's decent he can do it with worse for value and he doesnt rep a whole lot. tt+ gets in pre unless you're a nit. Because it's such a bad board to bluff he can level you into folding A-high (which is what you're repping).
I'd have this hand in my turn betting range, though.
