NL50: TPWK against fish. Min raise or shove river? NL50: TPWK against fish. Min raise or shove river?

Villain here was a huge fish 42/6 or something like that and a pretty bad station.

I'd been isoing him pretty often and he was mainly playing fit or fold (where fit is any pair and g/s etc).

Whenever I bluff raise blocking bets fish nearly always tend to call real light anyway so who goes for max value on the end here?
Obviously I vtown myself when he's been slowplaying. If he shoves over a minraise I have the worlds easiest fold and save some $$$, but I hate losing value against A7, 99 etc.

IMO a very strange line from villain if he's a huge station. I just call here, it's a very thin value bet but with proper reads that he's able to calld down light then this could be razor-thin value bet.

He's either blocking or inducing a raise. I don't think he calls a shove with worse, unless he somehow misreads your soul.

You might make a razor thin small raise for value (to $16), but I don't think it's much more EV than a call (rake could potentially eat away all the EV).

Block bets from fish are usually precisely what they mean, they want to see a cheap showdown.

Not raising here is missing tons of value against weak players. They love to call, so let them. I don't see how his line is strange, weak players take this line with weak hands all the time.

If this had been a K hi flop then I'm obv not raising, but the fact I turned it makes the situation different.

I've been called by much worse in the past when I've been valueraising or bluffing. The question is whether I want him to make a hero call for all his chips, or just milk him for a little.

Against a good player I never raise the river as he's never calling worse, but seriously guys, I think it's 100% a river raise against a station.

Yes, but look at how weak your hand is in general. This is a razor thin value raise since KT+ beats you, which is all very easily in his range. You are beat by a ton of hands and I think he folds a lot if you re-raise. I don't see him paying you off with a Q or worse with all of the action in the hand already. His line looks pretty strong anyway and he could show up with about any BS that rivered you. Also, even though his bet size is suggesting a blocking bet, to fish that is a value bet.

I understand you're reasoning, and even though you're willing to fold to a 3-b on the river from villain it's still a marginal play at best.

I don't think this is a "razor thin" value raise by any means though, you could easily have the best hand and villain, being the donk that he is, could fold. There's a bunch of 5-x combo draw hands that bricked on the turn/river that villain could be donk leading with also.
