Villain is 23/11/3 over 400ish hands.

How's my line here?

Obviously turn is a great card for me but i was planning on c/r most cards that failed to complete the draws

Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is CO with J K
5 folds, Hero raises to $2, BTN calls $2, 2 folds

Hero bets $3.50, BTN raises to $10.50, Hero calls $7

Turn: ($25.75) 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $14.50, Hero raises to $31 ?

what's the reasoning fo c/raising the turn?

Ok so my reasoning on the flop was that a lot of the time villain is full of it when they raise here, but i'm not going to be in great shape if all the money goes in on the flop. As i think there range for rasing flop is something like 33,88, discounted JJ and overpairs plus tons of draws and air. So i ellect to call.

To villain this flop call could easily look like i'm on a draw, so when turn comes the ultimate blank i opt to check and let villain bet again. In my experience this type of villain is very likely to fire again with most of their range. As i still think i beat villains range and it will include draws that will call i opt to c/r (meant to crai) for value.

Any obvious flaws in this logic? Do people like leading turn or folding flop better?

I think i'd fold to the flop re-raise. Just calling here is bad. If you call this and the turn you gotta be willing to ship it all in. This isnt good enough to ship with in my opinion. What was villain holding?

they somehow always have 88 or quads here lol

whats his 3b% so far?do you think hes flatting QQ from the button?

23/11 could have J8s or something weird too here,i dunno.turn is close.

I understand your logic but im not sure if its right to look at this spot this way, because in a vacuum hes not repping much but on the other hand we shouldnt believe anyone is playing back at us before we have seen them playing back at us actually.

so yeah,i would say wait until you have a better read and let this one go.it doesnt really hurt to just fold the flop.
