Ok no stats on villain, except that he played a hand pretty horribly few minutes before. He had a FD on a 2straight-2tones board, 3 players in the pot. The first one bet pot, he called, the 3rd one raise, the 1st one pushed an d he called.

Poker Stars $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players
2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked

UTG: $50.00
Hero (MP): $50.00
CO: $61.70
BTN: $46.75
SB: $201.95
BB: $51.20

Pre Flop: Hero is MP with K A
1 fold, Hero raises to $2, 2 folds, SB calls $1.75, 1 fold

Flop: ($4.50) 5 A 9 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $3, SB calls $3

Turn: ($10.50) J (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $8, SB raises to $24

I think that the fact he played the other hand pretty passively messed with me. Plus the board is really dry and I'm only beating AQ here. Lots of sets, maybe AJ or J9...
I don't think that I'm ahead really often here. What do you think ? Thanks

I think he is on something like you mentioned, AJ, maybe JJ, and is trying to push you 3bet yourself into a trap. I would definitively fold here, especially since he has been passive with you before, you are trapped or bluffed, in either way... I would fold.
