but turns out most of the hands i post, I played bad even at preflop, it actually makes me feel better, im not gonna be mad if i lose because of my leak. it means i found it and i can work on it now.

Bad beats are the part you have to learn not to get upset by, if you got your money in ahead then you should be happy, the luck will even out over the long ter.lm.

what i mean by he cant call a check raise much is that he may have pair of jack, pair of seven, i dont have much read on him and he maybe a recreational player and just do a lot of unreasonable stuff. I wanted to get his money in slowly.
I'm pointing out how the fact that you probably almost never checkraise bluff this and also think he can't call your check raise with JJ is contradictory.
