I read the hand wrong in game. As if villain was the original raiser. How much changes then?

Villain a pretty much standard TAG. His turn bet was a slight overbet, so on the turn i put him on a Ax or a flushdraw trying to scare me out of the pot.

PokerStars - $0.50 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 4 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

Hero (UTG): $61.46
BTN: $50.00
SB: $52.50
BB: $50.75

SB posts SB $0.25, BB posts BB $0.50

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.75) Hero has 5 5

Hero raises to $1.50, fold, SB calls $1.25, BB calls $1.00

Flop: ($4.50, 3 players) T 5 4
SB checks, BB bets $3.44, Hero calls $3.44, fold

Turn: ($11.38, 2 players) 3
BB bets $11.00, Hero calls $11.00

River: ($33.38, 2 players) A
BB bets $34.81 and is all-in, fold

BB wins $31.88

Then you must force him to pay for the privilege of seeing the river.

The Ax read wouldve been if he was the original raiser. Now the only Ax he could have are with wheeldraws from flop.

You don't think he has any sets in his range ott? with a set he's betting slightly bigger than normal because of the draw heavy board and getting value with a strong hand.

I think as he's not the original raiser then Ax is a lot less likely

Only set he could have is 5 5 and the overbet line is taken pretty much always with draws.

I don't see ovbt ott i see a psb (11 into 11.38). 67s might be a possibility no? flush draws are in his range too. And he could have played like that 1010 ott.

I don't think villain has 55.

Hand converter reduces some bet amounts. He made it like 1.5dol over the pot on turn.

especially if sb is fishy he just calls with 1010. i think we shouldn't rule out 1010 from his range.

If its a fish, then fish dont fold to 3 bets usually, so even more power to squeezing and stacking him.

depends on the fish.

I used the world "usually". Im sure youve noticed most fish always want to see the flop.

I did fold the river btw. Just cant see him having any bluffs or weaker hands to valuebet river with unless its the rare 2 pair with Ax that a lot of people just check river with.
