iam questioning my preflop play, flop should be ok and turn a no brainer...

With that many callers I would probably raise to ~$16 preflop. With the stack sizes of the callers, I probably just check and let UTG hopefully drive out the other callers behind him, then call his all in since he is so short.

As played postflop is fine.

Well played, I don't see any merit to raising the flop and your outs look like they should be clean.
