$0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
UTG: $60.65 (121.3 bb)
MP: $53.60 (107.2 bb)
CO: $73.45 (146.9 bb)
BTN: $50 (100 bb)
SB: $43.10 (86.2 bb)
Hero (BB): $60.90 (121.8 bb)

Pre-Flop: Hero is BB with T 6
4 folds, SB completes, Hero checks

Flop: ($1) 6 5 3 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1, SB calls $1

Turn: ($3) 3 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $3, SB calls $3

River: ($9) K (2 players)
SB bets $7.25, Hero calls $7.25

There arent too many made hands that c/c turn, and all the obvious draws on the flop have missed. I think this river call is completely standard, but i just want to make sure that i do not have a major leak in my game.

Think this is generally a fold readless. Not a line taken usually (with air) after you fire 2 barrels and they miss in such a small pot.

Isnt c/c - c/c - bet the number one bluffing line taken by not so good players with missed draws?

They do it IP when you bet/bet/check with missed draws, but this one is donkbetting river for what I assume is value. Backdoor flush is possible,

Rarely. Plus it'll hardly work ever.

Thank you very much for your answers. Ive searched for this line in my pokertracker database, and i found 7 hands out of ~65000 with this line that went to showdown. It was always either a valuebet or a blocking bet, but never a bluff.
Seems like i have found a leak in my game!
