I'm flatting his initial raise and re-evaluating on flop. As played though thats a pretty horrible flop so you got unlucky in that sense but 4-bets at Rush poker are almost always AA/KK

I'd 4bet aswell with the intention of gii, otherwise flatting the 3 bet is fine too in position, just don't 4b/fold

They are at 5nl, not 50Nl. Also it's a 5bet by villain, we are the 4 bettor

    Seems std!

Then again I 3bet and 4bet a little bit more than the avg player...

I don't mind doing the 5 betting with AKs, but I'm not sure about calling a 5 bet with it though. I always thought fold equity was part of the value of AK?

Without a read and against the average player it seems like AK is flipping at best and often crushed vs a 5 bet.

I would have just flatted the 3 bet but maybe that is not the right move either as you miss the flop often and probably don't get value when you do hit.

I don't like going overboard with AK PF. I like to be given a chance to draw first, so I pot control PF and flat once it goes 3-bet+. Especially against an unknown who 3-bets more than 3x the open raise, I would most likely flat and hope that the opener doesn't aggro it up further. If he does, I'd have to let it go with the expectation of seeing an AA vs. KK type of hand.
