No reads on villain at the time. Should I just bet/shove the flop instead of this raise size? As played, I have to shove the turn, right?

why not just call the flop min-raise.

villain's obviously got a flush draw beaten, so why not cheaply hit?

Checking turn for pot control OOP does not really work...

I see two options after the flop min raise:

1. Re-raise the flop all-in. I think you can make him fold at least 10% of
the time (the min raise looks strange), and you have lots of outs to most
hands.

2. Call flop, call turn if you get the odds (otherwise fold), try to get all-in
if you hit.

Without reads I could go either way, probably I'd go with 1. more often.
